Mr Dunne said “Rosanna has been an excellent councillor for Ludlow North, and I was sorry to see her go. She worked tirelessly to represent the views of Ludlow residents for many years, on both the District Council and Shropshire, and I am sure local residents wish her well in her retirement.
Though Rosanna will be missed, I have every confidence that if elected, candidate Anthony Bevington will do an excellent job representing Ludlow North in Shropshire Council. Ludlow needs someone representing the town at Shirehall who will stand up for the town and get things done. Anthony Bevington is just the man for the job.
Anthony has years of experience in dealing with Shropshire Council through his work in Local Government and his knowledge and expertise will help him to get things done for local people.
As someone who has worked in Local Government for almost 30 years, Anthony will bring a wealth of experience to this role. He has spent the last 11 years ensuring that local taxpayers get value for money as Shropshire Council’s Finance Officer and has a strong connection to Ludlow, having run a local business in town. He has lived near Ludlow for more than twenty years and is active in local charitable and social organisations.
I know that Anthony will work hard for residents of Ludlow North and I fully support his candidacy for Shropshire Council. “
