Ludlow’s MP Philip Dunne visited the fully refurbished tearoom at the Feathers Hotel on its opening day.
Mr Dunne also saw the plans for the Hotel which is about to be thoroughly refurbished and is due to reopen in the Autumn. The plans include restoring all 40 bedrooms with new ensuite bathrooms, with over £1m being invested in the Hotel.
Mr Dunne said: “I was delighted to see the newly reopened tea room at Ludlow’s iconic Feathers Hotel, and to hear more about plans to refurbish the rooms before reopening in the Autumn.
This project, worth over £1m in the heart of Ludlow will once again be a big draw to attract more visitors to the area, which should help deliver more jobs and investment in the future.”
