What a difference a little sunshine makes to us all,
It has been a very busy period in Council and with dealing with your issues,
Discussions are taking place in Bridgnorth and surrounding parishes on how to improve our walk routes and cycle routes to help us with our most used routes .
- At Cross houses repairs to the edge of highway
- At the cross roads and more white markings to help improve the safety of this area will be done shortly.
- At the entrance to King's load and farthings Court the junction will be repaired in the coming weeks as just filling pot holes will no longer do the job and officers have said a scheme will be carried out.
Pound Street Bridgnorth is to have road works on 18 April 9.30 till 4pm.some disruption will take place.
A big thank you to Jo Carr and staff at Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing for planting 20 trees as part of the Queens Canopy at Clee View Rd, Wrekin Rd, Beech Rd, Leasowes Close and Walker Close.
On East Castle Street a temporary tarmac repair has taken place to prevent further damage by cars until funds are made available for more fitting repairs to suit Street scene.
The fence reported due to storm damage on Wenlock rise into Portman's Way will be repaired shortly,
Shropshire Council has stepped in to keep some bus routes operating after Arriva wanted to end or alter on the 25 April.
